Trash by Ronchi Return & Exchange Policy

At Trash by Ronchi, we want you to shop with confidence.

Items may be returned for exchange within 3 days of purchase or receipt only if the item is damaged or does not fit.

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for another product.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.

For online orders shipped to Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire, please contact Trash by Ronchi within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged or does not fit. We will provide instructions for the exchange.

Items returned because of fit must be in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or removed tags cannot be accepted.

All approved returns are for exchange only. No cash refunds.
